David Murdock, American billionaire businessman and philanthropist, asked me to paint one of his Arabian stallions. I had shown him some of my black and brown horse paintings and thought a white one would be a good choice. I exhibited in his upcoming charity. When I arrived at a party thrown for me in Toronto, they asked me, “What is your poison?” Unbeknownst to me, Poison was his favorite horse. Watercolor 20"x30" 1999
